Nadja lead a consultancy that helps organizations build digital emotional intelligence and resiliency. She brings her 20 year experience in NATO working in crisis management cybersecurity and digital transformation bridging the gap between technical and non-technical people across a variety of disciplines. Today she works with leaders in STEM and helps them build high-performing teams during challenging times with emotional intelligence.
