Channel Manager (Entry Level, In-Office)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Channel Manager to join our Boston-based team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our network of partners, resellers, and distributors to grow and support Wizer’s partner ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your sales or channel career while gaining deep exposure to the cybersecurity industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow relationships with key channel partners to drive revenue and long-term success.
- Act as the go-to contact for partner communications, support needs, and deal escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support joint campaigns, sales initiatives, and onboarding.
- Track partner performance and KPIs, and provide insights and reporting to internal stakeholders.
- Educate partners on Wizer’s product offerings, updates, and value propositions.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and partner strategies to help us continually improve.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, partnerships, account management, or channel-related role. Ideally, within SaaS, tech, or B2B.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills. If you enjoy working with people and solving problems, this is the place for you.
- Organized and self-motivated with a bias for action and follow-through.
- A team player excited to grow with a startup and make an impact.
- Bonus: Experience working with MSPs or in the cybersecurity space.
