Wizer is on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager to join our Boston team! This in-office role is an awesome opportunity to break into the cybersecurity industry while building relationships with customers and helping them succeed with our platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the main point of contact for our customers post-sale
  • Onboard new clients and make sure they hit the ground running
  • Guide customers on best practices for security awareness training
  • Track engagement and usage to ensure customer happiness and retention
  • Collaborate with our sales, support, and
  • product teams to improve the customer journey

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or support
  • A people-person who loves solving problems and building relationships
    Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eager to learn about cybersecurity and grow with us
