Senior/Lead QA
We are looking for a person with a passion for Quality Assurance to join our team with a mission to protect people from cyber threats by teaching them how social engineering works.
We Are Looking for
We are looking for a person who has experience leading QA team, planning, setting up and managing processes around the quality of the product. You will be closely working with dev, support and product teams, as well sales and customer success. An ideal candidate for us is a person who enjoys and thrives in a startup environment, efficiently communicates with the team and puts in their energy along with others to make the best cybersecurity product worldwide! We are a small team that is going to grow a lot this year, so there are a lot of careers and technical growth opportunities for the right person.
Required Skills:
• Experience in working with metrics
• Knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
• Experience with different testing types (functional, performance, security, regression, UI/UX etc)
• Experience in writing test documentation
• Understanding of SDLC
• Experience with test automation
• English (intermediate level or higher)
• Good knowledge of web-based application structure
• Experience in API testing
Would be a plus:
• Knowledge in version control systems (GIT)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical interviews, onboard newcomers, retain team members
• Set up and track team goals and personal development plans for the team members
• Analyze and identify project areas that could be improved
• Develop and present ideas on proposed technical solutions, approaches, and methodologies
• Establish criteria for process quality reviews
• Define and set up quality metrics
• Develop and continuously improve project QC standards
• Perform risk identification and prediction
• Plan and participate in technical meetings
• Implement the best practices and methodologies for product testing
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and test scripts
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes
• Prepare and perform training for new and current staff
