Gabriel Friedlander, founder and CEO of Wizer, a security awareness training and phishing simulation platform used by over 20,000 organizations worldwide. He previously co-founded ObserveIT, a user behavior analytics company acquired by Proofpoint, and has spent his career focused on reducing human-driven cyber risk. Gabriel works closely with security leaders and MSPs to build effective security awareness programs that translate into real behavioral change, helping organizations prevent breaches and respond more effectively when incidents occur.

My background is in software engineering, and over the years I’ve worked across startups building products, growing companies, and leading engineering teams through different stages of scale.

While my work today is centered around security, I’ve always been driven by building strong teams and creating products that solve real problems, with a particular interest in the human side of technology and how people interact with it.

Ayelet (i-yell-it) began her career in cyber marketing, building relationships with cybersecurity professionals and helping develop an early influencer-driven platform. She transitioned into security awareness and now serves as a Security Awareness Manager at Wizer Managed Services. She leads programs for organizations ranging from nonprofits to global enterprises, making security awareness practical and accessible.
